Happy Thought's Remote

One of my picture books that I'm trying to get published is titled, Happy Thoughts Remote and is a favorite among our house.  My son decided to create one.  Here it is...You'll have to read my book to get the full story! :)

Last Day of School and Summer Plans

Our last day of school this year was great.  I found this note that my son wrote to himself so he wouldn't forget anything for the last day of school.  Nice ripped paper right?

Then for lunch since it's a half day we always have a french fry mountain to share.  

Then after a trip to the bookstore to choose a summer book to read, we come home for a slumber party and the summer calendar reveal.  I always have the summer events ready with pictures and events to look forward to like camps, picnics, trips the library and so on.  Then the next day they wear their PJ's all day long.  Hooray for summer!

Clean Desk

Just had to document by the insistance of my daughter her clean desk at the time.  I, myself, am a fan of the table and not the desk in an elementary classroom to lessen the mess and fidgeting, but she was so proud.  :)  Any tips out there for desk maintenance?
